Silver Linings accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover) as well as PayPal! Your order can be canceled at any time during the ordering process if you have any issues, but once an order has been shipped it can no longer be canceled.
Please make your payment at the time of each order, this will allow us to promptly package your order and ensure timely shipping.
Currently your orders will be packaged and shipped by your choice of either USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class. Please be advised that ordering during holiday season will possibly postpone your delivery date.
Our shop has been set to Calculated Shipping, which takes into account the size of box your order will fit in, how heavy it is, and where it is going to. If the system miscalculates, we will automatically refund you any shipping overages above $3. Occasionally the system miscalculates. If you feel that the shipping cost presented to you at checkout is wrong, please email us and let us know.
Silver Linings takes great care in shipping our products and therefore standard insurance will be included in each purchase.
We will ship all packages to the address listed in the Etsy checkout, NOT PayPal. If you want your items sent to a different address, please let us know.
As always you can add tracking, extra insurance or signature acceptance to your orders for an additional fee, please note these wishes in your order information.
As for any Lost packages, USPS states that a minimum of three weeks must be met for a package to be in fact considered lost. Please alert us if you do not receive your package in the allotted time frame and if it is still lost after 3 weeks we will of course re-send your order at no additional charge.
Silver Linings appreciates your business and wants all customers to be completely satisfied with each order. If you have received an order with any damage to the products from shipment we promise to refund you the money for your order or send you a replacement package at no extra charge to you!
All that we ask if that you email us to alert us to the damage and include a picture of the damaged goods and packaging to help us amend the error in the future. We thank you in advance for your efforts to help us keep any damages from happening for other customers.
